Powder clogging: Reduce the loading amount of fluidized bed, control the powder dosage for 2/3 of the fluidized bed volume; reduce the proportion of recycled powder added to the original powder, check the particle size distribution of the original powder 2.
Powder rate is not high: check and properly adjust the static voltage of the spray gun; reduce the air pressure of powder delivery; reduce the amount of air extraction; control the particle size distribution of the powder and the specific gravity of the coating 2.
Poor coating adhesion: strengthen the substrate treatment, ensure the surface is clean, no oil, no rust, no impurities; control the thickness of the coating, to avoid excessive stress caused by too thick; ensure complete curing, improve the hardness and adhesion of the coating; choose high-performance powder coating, improve the mechanical properties and durability of the coating 3.
